Orders which have been placed with us Monday thru Friday before 3 a.m. and on Saturday before 11 a.m. will be dispatched on the same day if they are due to arrive on the next day.

In case of standard delivery, 95% of the parcels reach their destinations on the next day, the rest on the day after that.

If you want to make absolutely sure that the flowers will arrive on the next day, we offer you express delivery. In this case, delivery on time is guaranteed. As an additional service, you can choose between two time zones for delivery - a special advantage if nobody is at home during the day.

Moreover, we pass on orders to be delivered on the same day or to a foreign country to local florists. In these cases, we can, however, not guarantee that the bouquets delivered correspond exactly to the ones shown on our site.
