Service is our main concern:

• We offer you a wide range of goods at our Shop.
• If you wish, we will advise you competently over the phone.
• We deliver the flowers as shown on our site.
• We offer you a wide selection of greeting cards. We also offer greeting cards for free.
• You can supplement your gift of flowers by chocolates, mascots or wine/ champagne.
• If we receive your order Monday to Friday by 3 p.m., on Saturday by 11 a.m., we will dispatch it on the same day if required.
• For guaranteed delivery at a fixed time, we offer express delivery on favourable conditions.
• In the evening of the day of dispatch, you will recieve an email confirming the dispatch.
• We will give you the package number, so that you can follow the way your order takes.
• The recipient can contact us over the free phone number we include in the package. Should something not be in order, we will offer a free replacement.
• In addition to our offer at the Shop, we offer the possibility to deliver flowers on the same day as well as to deliver flowers world wide.
• As a customer who has logged in, you have an overview of your orders, you can store addresses and assign them to your orders.
