The excellent quality and absolute freshness of our flowers is the basis of our success. That is why we buy the flowers first hand direct from the producer or from our importers; transport from the flower grower to our company takes a minimum of time. We completely avoid the usual interim points and storage times.

Our bouquets, arranged by hand, will delight the receiver for at least seven days. Of course, the flowers will change during that time. Buds will gradually open, blossoms will cease flowering and shut. Tulips in a vase will grow considerably, and their petals will open wide. All these changes are natural - enjoy watching this transformation which only natural flowers can offer.

Should, in spite of all that, there be cause for complaint, the recipient can give us a call. Each consignment contains a card with our phone number. The recipient will receive compensation free of charge. We hope you will understand that we can only guarantee the freshness of our bouquets if the recipient is reached at the address stated on the desired delivery day.
